By accessing or using Kluaa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, free users, and paid subscribers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kluaa. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. Accounts found to be held by minors will be terminated immediately.

Kluaa is an AI-powered emotional intelligence platform designed to facilitate meaningful dating connections. The Service includes:

AI-driven compatibility analysis based on personality and communication patterns
Curated match recommendations
AI-generated conversation starters
Paid premium features (unlimited matches, advanced filters, read receipts)

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current information
Not share your account with others
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Impersonate any person or entity
Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission

6. Content & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

7. Paid Services & Refunds

Premium features are billed in advance. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime via your account settings.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kluaa Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
